黄士修惊爆 以色列总理坦承在台测试侵害隐私的手机追踪技术
核能流言终结者黄士修在脸书引用「Times of Israel」的报导指出，以色列总理纳坦雅胡承认帮台湾追踪手机侵害隐私，且纳坦雅胡多次重申，他知道所使用手段的残酷性。黄士修痛批，这件事已经超出他的容忍范围了。
黄士修表示，「Times of Israel」在3月14日有一篇报导，标题为「All leisure venues closing as Netanyahu tells Israel: Adjust to new way of life。」
内文报导包括：
「There is a certain invasion of the privacy of those people, where we will check who they came in contact with, including while sick, what came before that, what came after.」
「He said the technology was tested in Taiwan, apparently with great success. Israel is one of the only countries with this ability and we will use it.」
「Netanyahu repeated on several occasions that he was aware of the harshness of the means being employed but said Israel’s tough measures had so far proven themselves.」
黄士修指出，这原文简单来说，就是以色列总理纳坦雅胡坦承，「我一直避免在平民人口中使用这些措施，这些人的隐私受到一定的侵犯。该技术在台湾进行了测试，显然取得巨大成功。」「纳坦雅胡多次重申，他知道所使用手段的残酷性（harshness）」。
黄士修强调，看到这则新闻，超出他的容忍范围了。黄士修认为，数位政委唐凤如果不知情，那是渎职。如果知情，那么政府对国民隐瞒了多少事实？一位真正的Hacker，不可能容忍政府对自由人权的侵犯。
黄士修补充，美国2018年的判例，警方若未取得法院令状，不得从手机公司取得手机的位置资讯。（Carpenter v. United States）
法界也指出，以色列打算用原本用在反恐的数位监控科技来监控防疫，包括监控确诊病人的行踪，以及与病人接触的人。而这些科技是「在台湾测试过的」。请问法院的令状在哪里？没有法院命令，可以偷偷监测民众的行踪吗？这是台湾人的光荣还是羞耻？
