快讯／「全球市长联盟」把六都列大陆城市 吴钊燮：改回来了
国际组织「全球气候与能源市长联盟」近日把加入联盟的台湾六都国籍全列为「中国大陆」之下，六都市长27日晚间发布联合声明抗议。外交部长吴钊燮28日上午在立法院受访表示，「经过大家努力，昨天晚上名称已经更改回来。」

吴钊燮表示，昨天马上跟地方政府联系，也直接跟「全球气候与能源市长联盟」总部联系，经过大家努力，昨天晚上名称已经更改回来，很高兴六都市场全部一致，朝野不分彼此，争取成功。
外交部发布新闻稿表示，经外交部、驻欧盟兼驻比利时代表处、欧盟经贸办事处的努力，「全球气候与能源市长联盟」(Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy)已于台北时间今（28）日上午将我国加入联盟的高雄市、台北市、新北市、桃园市、台南市及台中市共六都会自「中国」项下移除，并更正为我国六直辖市原本递交时的会籍名称。
六都市长中英声明全文如下
此致气候及能源市长联盟秘书长：
首先感谢贵联盟提供平台，让台湾六城市能够呈现关于减排与能源转型的努力成果，在联合国永续发展目标的前提下，携手为世界的未来尽一份心力。
然而，台湾六城市自加入贵联盟以来，从来就不是中国的一部分。对于本次注册名称遭到片面更改，列入中国的一部分，台湾六城市拒绝这项矮化的行为，拒绝被列入「中国的城市」。新北市政府已于今年9月15日发信向市长联盟位于比利时布鲁塞尔秘书处表达立场并要求更正，惟迄今仍未收到回复或更正。
台湾六城市强烈要求，请贵联盟立即停止这项错误行为，并将我方城市之注册名称，更改回原始注册名称。
若贵联盟无正面回应与行动，台湾六城市将不排除退出贵联盟，以捍卫我方权益。

Cities in Taiwan have never been part of China since they joined the GCoM alliance. In regards to the one-sided change of the registered name and made them part of China. The six cities in Taiwan refuse this dwarfing behavior and rejected to be included under the "City of China." New Taipei City Government sent a letter to the GCoM secretariat in Brussels, Belgium this September 15th and made clear statement to make corrections. However, the authority yet receive any response from GCoM secretariat to date.
The six cities in Taiwan strongly request that your alliance immediately fix the website and change the registered names of our cities back to the original registered Nationality. If your alliance has no positive response and actions, the six cities in Taiwan will withdrawal from your alliance in order to defend our rights and interests. Sustainable Taiwan, sustainable world.
